Build the production around your audience

Define the technical scope
Tell us which elements you need: event design, staging, rigging, lighting, sound or technical production. Share the running order, venue information and any existing supplier arrangements. This helps identify what is already in place and what needs to be included in the brief.

What should I send if my event is still an early idea?
Start with the type of event, your audience, likely date and location. Mark anything that is undecided. A provisional brief makes it easier to discuss the production requirements without pretending every detail is settled.
